Mark J. Fischer, Esq.

Mr. Fischer has been licensed in Colorado for over 40 years and his practice is limited to the areas of probate, wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and Medicaid planning and the related issues of real estate, easements, and boundary matters. Mr. Fischer works closely with suitemates Claire E. Sollars, Esq., specializing in water law and real estate, and Lauren Beversluis, Esq., specializing in wills, trusts, estate issues, and business matters with an emphasis on tax planning. Mr. Fischer still maintains his long-time friendship and legal consultation with Ralph A. Cantafio, Esq., now located full-time in downtown Denver with Cantafio and Song, PLLC, at 1875 Lawrence Street, Suite 730, (303) 813.1200.Mr. Cantafio specializes in oil, gas, and energy-related matters as well as civil litigation.

Mr. Fischer is a founding member of The Haven, the senior assisted living center in Hayden. He serves on the Routt County Adult Protection Team protecting Routt County seniors from abuse and exploitation. Mr. Fischer has served on many community boards and served the initial six years on the Steamboat Springs Golf Committee that built Haymaker Golf Course, the award-winning golf course in Steamboat Springs.

Besides golf, Mr. Fischer enjoys traveling with his wife of 32 years, cooking, reading, and general exercise.

Mr. Fischer will be limiting his legal practice in 2023 with an eye toward retirement by the end of the year.
